How to use NINACUP?

• Wash your hands
• Get into a comfortable position.
• Squeeze the cup.
• Fold it into a U shape
• Separate your labia with your other hand and insert the cup as shown in the image.

How to remove?

• Wash your hands.
• Get into a comfortable position.
• Insert two fingers and pull from the handle, removing it slowly.
• Clean the cup with water and neutral pH soap (unscented)
• Ready to be used again.
