Instructions:

1. Clean your nipples to remove body oil and skin residue. Dry nipples with a towel.
2. Apply the petal nipple covers one side at a time. Make sure that during application the nipple is in the center of the nipple cover. If you are not satisfied with the result, remove and try again.
3. Gently press the nipple covers onto the skin.

Recommendations:
1. Do not use brushes, nails, or other irritating cleaning solutions to clean the nipple covers. All you need is lukewarm water or a mild body cleanser.
2. Hand wash the nipple covers and do not dry them in the sun.
3. It is recommended not to use nipple covers on scars, wounds, or sensitive skin.
