Instructions:

Cleanse your skin of oils and creams, once done, dry your skin with a soft towel, position the base of the U-bra just below your breasts. Once the base is firmly in place, apply each cup to your chest. Remove the protective film and carefully place the adhesive wings on either side of your bust and gently press the cups and wings to smooth the adhesive onto your skin and ensure optimal support.
