Apply the oil to the skin and massage in long strokes. For a more comfortable experience, massage away from the heart and outwards rather than towards the heart. Alternate gentle caresses with firmer strokes and higher pressure, ensuring that any tension in the muscles is released.

For an enhanced experience; warm the massage oil in a warm water bath before applying it to the body. Pour the oil you intend to use into a small glass and place it in a basin with warm water for five minutes. Hot tap water around 45 degrees Celsius will do the trick. This also releases some of the essential oils into the air creating a wonderful atmosphere with your chosen fragrance.
