Instructions:

Clean your skin of oils and creams. Once done, pat the skin dry with a soft towel. Remove the protective film from the cup and the transparent strap. Turn the cup inside out by holding the transparent tape by the end with one hand. Place the cup at the desired angle on your breast and gently press the edges of the cup with your fingertips. Then pull the transparent strap upwards over your shoulder. Once the desired position is achieved, attach the strap to your skin. Repeat the same procedure with the other breast. Press both cups firmly onto your breasts for an optimal adhesive effect.
